EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITY. Employees shall comply with all standards within the Department Manual. The Department Manual cannot cover all situations an employee may find themselves in, however employees shall follow the procedures as best they can. Failure to abide by standards within the Manual may result in disciplinary action.

SUPERVISOR’S RESPONSIBILITY. Supervisors shall ensure compliance and enforce all written standards of the Department Manual.

COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY. All Bureau Commanders shall ensure their Division/Bureau complies with all standards written in the Department Manual.
