Personal Conduct

All personnel shall show courtesy and respect to all members of the public, colleagues, and other department members at all times. At no point shall any personnel allow personal biases or prejudices to affect their ability to perform their duties. Furthermore, personnel should show patience when dealing with individuals and keep calm during high-stress situations. 

All personnel are expected to show integrity and honesty, lest it damage confidence or public opinion towards the faction. The standards outlined in the manual must be upheld at all times.

Personnel will be scrutinized on their conduct, behavior and ability during encounters with the public and on scenes. As such, personnel must never place themselves in a position where it could potentially jeopardize the continued well-being of the faction.
